1. Information We Collect
Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via email/password or Google OAuth).
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including sheets viewed, copilot conversations, filter preferences, and bet tracking entries.
Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing email from Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: provide and personalize the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, failed payment notices); improve our algorithms and grade accuracy; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and OpenAI (AI copilot processing — conversations are not used for model training). We may also share data if required by law.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. We use Supabase Auth for authentication with secure session management. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We use localStorage for theme preference (light/dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data (bet tracking history); and opt out of non-essential emails. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
AI Copilot Conversations
Copilot messages are stored against your account so conversations have memory, and are processed by our AI provider to generate answers. Do not put sensitive personal information in copilot chats. Your conversations are never shared with other users.
