BetHackr provides AI-powered sports betting data analysis, including proprietary data sheets, Edge Engine grading, an AI Copilot, and related tools. The Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any betting outcomes. All data, grades, scores, and AI analysis are provided as informational tools only. Sports betting involves financial risk and you may lose money. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including sports betting regulations.
5. Account & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of charge. Promotional codes (e.g., VIP40) are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, data, algorithms, grade calculations, and branding are the intellectual property of Bethackr LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display our data sheets, grades, or AI analysis without written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: resell or redistribute any data from the Service; use automated systems to scrape or extract data; attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms; share your account credentials; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bethackr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or betting losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
