Email is the fastest way to reach us and the best place for anything involving your account or a payment.
Email support@bethackr.comOpen Settings and choose Manage Billing. BetHackr will show the correct Stripe, App Store, or Google Play control for each active subscription. After canceling with that provider, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Open Settings, scroll to Danger Zone, and tap Delete Account. BetHackr stops every Stripe web subscription before permanently deleting your account and data. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in that store before deletion if you do not want them to renew. Deletion cannot be undone and does not require you to email or call us.
Email support@bethackr.com from the address on your account. Double charges, charges after cancelling, and unused accidental renewals are refunded on request within 30 days. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are refunded by Apple — use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Every play on a data sheet is graded A+ through F by the Edge Engine, which compares our model’s number against the de-vigged market number. A higher grade means a larger measured edge — not a guaranteed result. Full breakdowns are on each sheet row.
Send us the date, the sport, and the exact play at support@bethackr.com. Grading runs off official box scores every 30 minutes; if a result is wrong we correct the underlying settlement rather than editing the record by hand.
Link your Discord account in Settings. Pro and Pro+ members are granted the VIP role automatically and it stays in sync with your subscription.
Use the same method you signed up with (email, Apple, or Google). If you are still stuck, email support@bethackr.com with the email address on the account and we will restore access.
